Patricia Hortin, MBA, CFP, is
chief financial officer of Armored Online, a technology
and services company that delivers a secure, private
branded channel that establishes a trusted environment
for financial institutions and their customers to communicate
and transact. As CFO, Ms. Hortin is responsible for
financial management, legal administration and contracts
and human resources.
With over 25 years of experience,
Ms. Hortin has extensive knowledge of financial analysis,
organizational development, project management, operations,
administration, governmental compliance, sales and
customer service. During her career she assumed increasing
levels of responsibility in management positions at
Dun & Bradstreet and online investor education
firm InvesTools, Inc. As a self-employed strategic
consultant Ms. Hortin worked with several organizations
identifying opportunities to increase their efficiency,
including preparing viability studies and business
plans.
Ms. Hortin holds a B.S. in economics
from Utah State University and an M.B.A. from the
University of Phoenix.
